Video: Gas to Power Forum 2019

This event featured a day of discussion on the challenges and opportunities within the burgeoning gas-to-power sector.

Petroleum Economist held the inaugural Gas to Power Forum on 30 April, 2019, at Canary Wharf in London.

The well-attended event saw discussions on a range of challenges and opportunities within the gas to power sector. For instance, speakers addressed topics such as the key sources for non-power generation gas demand growth, how to structure a successful deal and the implications for CapEx requirements.

Held in partnership with EY, Winston and Strawn LLP, Standard Chartered Bank and Energean, the event featured insights on how non-majors can finance building infrastructure, and the role of gas to power in future gas demand.

Meanwhile, other industry experts from firms such as Tellurian covered the current and future market structure and outlook.
