First LNG-to-Power Forum explores digitalisation, finance

The first in a series of events saw senior figures from across the value chain discuss critical issues that will impact on LNG-to-Power's future

Senior industry peers gathered in Houston on 3 December to discuss opportunities within the burgeoning LNG sector at Petroleum Economist's first LNG-to-power forum.

Held in Houston, the event was organised in coordination with our official partners, ExxonMobil, EY, King & Spalding, Microsoft, Standard Chartered Bank and Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems Global.

Delegates debated the challenges involved in opening up new LNG markets, expanding existing markets, and successfully structuring bankable LNG-to-Power projects.

The event will now be followed by a series of forums to be held in 2020 in Dubai, Singapore and London, before returning to Houston.
