Ellice-Flint: new dimension for Blue Energy

Former Santos chief executive John Ellice-Flint will reemerge on the Australian oil and gas scene through a funding deal with Queensland coal-bed methane (CBM) junior Blue Energy. Ellice-Flint, sometimes described as one of the founding fathers of eastern Australia’s A$70 billion ($74.7 billion) gas-export industry, retired from Santos in 2008.
